The regular city mini seems to have a much shallower seat than the double gt but miraculously my toddler can fit easily in the both city mini s with 5 inches to grow and when he gets too tall i can remove the canopy if i want with a simple click. No wonder it has so many useful features like oversized canopy adjustable handlebar quick fold infant car seat compatibility wheels that work on almost every type of terrain just to name few. Baby jogger recommends not hanging anything off the handle as it could cause the stroller to tip backwards with a younger child so it s likely you won t be able to add these features later. This stroller is relatively lightweight compact when folded and has some nice features like a handbrake and adjustable handlebar.
